What this website collects

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security purposes.

Waiting list form

The waiting list form is provided by Tally (tally.so). When you fill it in, the information you give us — such as your name, contact details, the ages of your children and your preferences — is used only to organise the Homeschooling Lucca community and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before joining (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Tally processes the data on our behalf; see Tally's privacy policy.

We keep your data while you are on the waiting list or part of the community, and delete it when you ask us to or when it is no longer needed. We never sell or share it for marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

Social media

Our Instagram and Facebook pages are run on those platforms, which process your data according to their own policies.
